Basic system requirements
APIS requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.x and higher, and a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768.


Online help within APIS
The online HELP facility may be accessed anytime by clicking on the HELP button located in the Top Menu.


Technical Support
If you have a question, or experience difficulties while using the APIS System, please send an email to help@apisonline.com explaining your problem, and someone will contact you to assist you.

Interactive Training
APIS comes with an interactive training program to train and educate on proper system use. This program is available to install on an internal learning management system or may be hosted online through Learn it Solutions and Learn it Campus.
